We visited Cabo Cantina in Pacific Beach (San Diego) on 3/19/2017 with the specific purpose of imbibing their advertised $9.95 bottomless mimosas; a heavily advertised special valid on Sundays until 3:00 pm. The asterisk beside the advertised price denoted a $5.00 minimum food purchase. Not a problem since this was clearly specified in advance. Much to our dismay, the special... More

We took our granddaughter here for her birthday! Service was excellent! Our server was great!!! The food was good. Don't get me wrong, the food was good however I've had better Mexican food. My granddaughter chose a churo for her birthday treat! The only negative was the tables are so close together you could join the conversation of folks next... More

Some friends and I decided to get some late night food & drinks so we went to Cabo Cantina because we wanted good Mexican food & it wasn't far from my hotel. It was a Saturday night in a prime location so of COURSE it was packed. Cabo Cantina is the kind of restaurant where you can seat yourselves so... More

The food and drinks were good - we had the Cabo Burrito and Muchos Nachos. Better to get a table to order because the bartenders aren't friendly. They rotated 4 waitresses during the time we were there - we found that funny. However, they were super nice. Got to watch Sunday Football which was cool since they played several games.... More

Moved to San Diego recently & one of my girlfriends from the area suggested this place. I'm used to pubs & relaxed places, this place was just that, maybe less pub. They had a "beer" pong table set up & it was quite fun, easy to bounce the ball into cups when aiming correctly. The cups are filled with water... More

Wandering around PB on a Sunday, I passed this place shortly after it opened for the day and decided to go in for brunch. Like a lot of PB establishments, it definitely had a party vibe to it (I was there early enough that it hadn't yet really picked up for the day compared to when I passed by later... More

Typical PB bar, if you're not from here, go here. It's great for cheap drinks and a wide variety of people. During the day it's fun to have a margarita and watch the people go down garnet st.

First off, if you look through my history of reviews on TripAdvisor I rarely give really bad reviews. So believe me when I say to stay away from this place. I'm a waiter and I know they are trying their best to screw you if they can. The food was okay. I'm not going to complain about that, but I... More
