Never had a bad time at the Beachcomber or if you are from MA "Coma". Great food, great fun, live bands awesome beach! Too bad it's not open longer into September!

So many happy memories down here over several summers - the staff are great, as is the food and the banter. You'll always have a great time & you'll want to come back again.

As I drove down a long, dark road looking for the Beachcomber, I thought I was lost. Then you see the glow of lights. It's like the party oasis at the end of the tunnel. You first realize something's special about the Beachcomber because parking (& there's plenty of it) is tight. There's an electricity in the air as you... More

It is very casual and lively. People either just hop in after a swim, or come specifically for the restaurant, so it is a mixed crowd in attitude and dress code. Variety of local beers, excellent seafood and bar food. A mandatory local experience!

The Beachcomber sits alone above a swimming beach. It is a little loud and raucous but is a beach bar, that's what I hoped for, and my expectation fell way below the great service I experienced. the food was excellent mid-range fresh and fun. the drinks were great (if it is running, take the funk bus to the next beach... The Beachcomber is not that easy to find but well worth the effort. As far as I know it is the only restaurant and bar located within the Cape Cod National Seashore national park. Because it had existed before this area became a national park they were grandfathered in to continue operating as a restaurant and bar. It is casual,... More

Had dinner on a recent weeknight after a day at the beach. Waited about 45 minutes for a table at about 6PM. Decent place on the water....so it make a great way to end a day. The oysters were fantastic - but of course they were - as they are just from the other side. The garlic littlenecks were also... More

We went to explore Wellfleet town center and heard about the Beachcomer so we drove over. It's a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean, with lots of parking. You pay to park but they credit you the parking fee when you dine. We waited about 20 minutes for a table for 4- not bad for in season lunch time! The menu... More
