Sat on upper deck overlooking harbour. Incredible view! Fried sole sandwich and chowder linch special, 12 bucks. Food amazing. Chowder is on my top 5 list. Little neck clams in white wine were delicious.

Delicious lunch. Had the vegetarian ravioli and hubby had oyster stew. So delicious! Spring for the pitcher of blood orange margaritas! So 👍

Despite the not very inviting look, this place is great! Location and views from the terrace nicely overlooking the bay where the oysters you'll eat come from. Would definately come back when visiting Cape Cod again! Try the boiled Lobster as well for just over 20USD.

Stumbled upon this gem on the beach while cruising the Cape off season. We got there at noon for a Bloody Mary and didn't want to leave! We sat at a pub table in the bar where the view of the beach (and the people watching) couldn't be beat. A great Bloody Mary prepared to our liking and ice cold... More

Went on a whim. Looks like a dive restaurant/bar but I love those bc you usually find these small gems! This was one of them!!! We used to Vaca in Wellfleet for 2-3 weeks a summer and I don't know how I've missed this place. Although we've been out of Mass for 14 yrs so it's been awhile. The food... More

Why you'd have a bookstore combined with a restautant is beyond me! And although I've now been to this eatery a couple of times, I've yet to stumble onto the bookshop. It has so far eluded my gaze. Not that I was looking very hard. Indeed, I wasn't looking at all. I mean, I wasn't there to read a damned... More

No frills "comfortable" atmosphere with American fare and fresh seafood. Portions are extremely generous. Try the oyster stew or the incredible ginger lemongrass martini for an added treat to dishes like "Fruits of the Sea." Also recommend the roasted beet salad. Several reviewers mention the lack of books in the restaurant... the bookstore is out back, separate entrance. The view... More

This was my second time eating at the Bookstore and Restaurant. The meals have been fresh and well prepared both times but as a book lover I've never caught the bookstore when it is open.

We went for drinks and dinner. Nice comfortable bar. Friendly staff. Great seafood. The sunset view is remarkable so get there for the sunset if you can. Outdoor seating in the summer.

Thank pmfinn
