Restaurant was dirty, food terrible, overpriced with less quality. Burgers thin, very very dry, salad wilted....definitely a let down. On the positive, lots of Coca Cola memorabilia.

When you realize they have no customers…you know you've made a mistake. Only open a few hours…staff was unfriendly. sat us in a booth and then forgot us…waited on their friends and we finally got up and left. not just terrible service - NO service.

My visit to Big Al's was a treat as always. Our waitress Liz was very happy and answered all are questions about the new menu. I visited Big Al's last year and the service was excellent.

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. Had a great cheese steak and fries. Would definitely eat there again.

We went here for lunch on our way to Cape Hatteras and it's a cute place, but way too expensive. I got the crab cake sandwich and the little bun it was on was much bigger than the actual crab cake! It tasted okay, but not worth the amount of money I paid for it! We did get a milk... More

we arrived about 12 pm and were told that we had to wait for awhile because of a large group from a senior adult home. We waited probably 1/2 hour and were then seated. The food was good diner food - hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, etc. Not sure if I would go back again.

We arrived about 2:30 pm, a few others in the restaurant but not busy. Seated right away and given menus. Our waitress was MIA. Several stood chatting up front, a manager and busboy scurried around, but no waitress. After 10 minutes a waitress appeared, told us this was not her section, but she would take care of us. We ordered... More
