We were guests of the hotel and had dinner here the first night. It looked like many locals have their night out at The Trinity. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs and I had a specialty green chile lasagna. The spaghetti was pretty average, but the lasagna was flavorful and interesting. The service was on par with what we experienced... More

My husband I visited for my birthday weekend and I have to say that both of us were very impressed. We stayed in the safe room and it was the best I've slept in a long time. The room was gorgeous. We had coffee evey morning. lt was sooooo good. We had dinner that Saturday, we were in food heaven.... More

Top-rated in town for good reason. All the dishes were fine, the service friendly and prompt, and the locale just dandy (and old bank building). Try the Italian sodas (any flavor you want), but tell them to take it easy on the ice. We had the chicken Marsala and chicken piccata and both were good, although maybe a little understated... More

Thank you for your review and your patronage. We are glad you enjoyed your Trinity experience and hope we have the pleasure of serving you again in the future. I wonder if on this particular evening we left the sprinkle of freshly grated Romano off your prefix pasta...its is usually one of our most preferred appetizers and that sprinkle says... More

The food was good but expensive. 5 dollars for bagged salad with nothing unique or special. The bruchetta was saturated with balsamic. The entrees were good base Italian fare.

We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your Trinity experience. We wonder if you shared your concerns with management or staff as it is not our policy to have customers leave dissatisfied in any way? Our salads are a high quality mixture of romaine, iceberg and arcadian spring mix with tomato and hot house cucumbers prepared individually for each... More

This restaurant was great! The staff was very friendly. We didn't have reservations so we had to wait for a table, but it was only for 20 minutes. Once we were seated our waitress was really fast. We ordered appetizers and they were great! There's one that is cheese stuffed noodles that are fried and they were to die for.... More

We couldn't decide where to eat Yellow Brix or Trinity Hotel and we decided to try Trinity the first night of our visit. The place was really neat and the bartender was pleasant. We then moved to a table and had the nicest waitress and good service. We had chicken parmesan and penne pasta with sausage. The meals were average,... More

Thank you for your review we have shared your opinions with our kitchen staff, it is never our intention to have served average food. We hope to have the opportunity to do better for you in the future. It is quite true that to bring high quality shrimp to the high desert is expensive, perhaps we will drop this dish as... More

This restaurant has a medium-sized menu for dinner, which I think allows its food to be really good. The food was well prepared, not overcooked, tasty, artfully presented, and served by a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional waiter. Every staff member pitched in to bus tables, bring water, serve wine, and serve the food. From what I can tell, this is... More

We are staying at the Hotel and it is very nice and the staff at the Hotel and restaurant are very professional. We had dinner the first night of our stay and I ordered the Chicken Marsala. I have to say it was the worst I've ever had. The only reason it resembled Chicken Marsala is that there was a... More

As others have said this is in a restored old building and the entrance and main floor are attractive, however the loft where we were seated looks like it was put together with remnants found here and there. It is also hot and stuffy even at the beginning of March. The wine list is from 2 nearby wineries. Despite that... More

We are very sorry that your Triniity experience was such a poor one. Our staff has now been instructed to chill the red wine for our Northern New Mexico visitors . Its sounds as though there was little for you to enjoy about your evening and for that we deeply apologize. Ms.Karen would have taken care of your entire meal... More
