I had a pizza there recently. It was ok. The crust needed more salt. However, the service was great. I didn't realize that this was a chain of restaurants in NYC. I would have eaten at another Italian restaurant had I known.
When we come to the City, we always hit Broadway and before the theater we eat at Serafina. It is always delicious, whatever you order, the staff is very courteous and friendly, and we always look forward to going back. How many restaurants can you say that about? Enjoy!

Had to grab a nice dinner for a last minute change of plans so was nice that we didn't have to wait as we did not have a reservation. Was very happy with the food!
