Next time I'm in NY this will probably be my first stop. We went after readig the TA reviews and they are right, it is great! The locations is really near to Times Square so you would expect it to be way pricier than it is. The bar is really small and we were lucky to get a seat at... More

Wanted to visit here as I am a huge boxing fan and this owned by an ex boxing corner man, it's just off Times Square and you can get a beer for $4, yer you read it correctly $4!!!. The walls are covered in boxing pictures and stories you could spend hours looking over it all with a cold beer,... More

Jimmy's is awesome, simple as that. Beer is $4, service was super fast and friendly despite a packed bar. The waiter was very friendly and seemed to love his job. Best deal in Manhattan!

Not sure if 'Dive Bar' is derogatory, but this is the best if so! Great memorabilia on the walls, cheap drinks, great atmosphere in a totally down to earth atmosphere. Go find it if you are near Times Square, almost $5 a drink cheaper than most of the trendy hot spots!

I just walked in this Bar one evening because the name sounded so " Classic" and I ran into a whole row of my friends at the Bar. I had never been here before. For a Times Square Bar this place feels like it should be in the Bronx. The drinks are very reasonable and the bartenders friendly.....feels just like... More

The worst customer service I have ever received! I had such high expectations for this place due to the previous reviews, but it was such a let down. When we arrived, the man behind the bar immediately asked us to order a drink, and we were told that we couldn't sit down before we ordered a drink because it was... More

Reasonably priced drinks which are hard to find in Times Square! Amazing music on and friendly bartender, such a home from home. Loved this place.

My wife and I were over from Scotland and decided to pop in for a late drink. Bar was really busy but friendly. Boxing memorabilia was amazing. Jimmy was more than happy to talk and pose for the odd photo. Brilliant place for an authentic bar near Times Square.

Thank Graeme M

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
