Got a recommendation from a co-worker about this place and was lucky to learn it was a handful of blocks from our hotel (near One World Trade). Best bagel I've ever had. Hands down. So good we ended up going back three consecutive days for breakfast. Seating is limited, maybe spots for a dozen people or so.

Around the corner from my office. The bagels are great. Remember you're in NYC, so they really don't have any interest in civility, much less pleasantries. God forbid you should want to upgrade the coffee to a large on the $4.50 breakfast special.....got quite a look when I tried that the first time. Stick to basic spreads or you'll be... More

This is a real NYC old school type of spot. I really like getting a hard salami sandwich w mustard a pickle and some cole slaw on the side. My problem with this place is that they don't allow you to customize sandwiches or salads. In a place like NYC that is not good. It's definitely worth a try!

Found this great bagel shop when we were walking to our 911 Memorial Tour. Great selection of bagels, toppings and breakfast sandwiches! Coffee was good too but also had juices and sodas too. Staff was friendly and food was reasonably priced. Indoor seating at tables and bar style seats. I will be back!

Nothing like a fresh Bagel, lox and cream cheese; with red onion, tomato and capers. I don't know why, but bagels from New York City always taste great. These guys are fast and friendly..... did I say delicious.

Yummy! We went during a pretty busy time so being newbies we only ordered the standard toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese. OMG! It was wonderful. I'm ruined for bagels now.

Popped in for the lunchtime daily special - today it's an albacore tuna salad bagel, plus an iced coffee (for just $7.95!). Delicious. Plus free wifi, what more could you ask for?

There are not many good choices in midtwon near grand central, luckily we found this place. Great selections of bagels and toppings and very generous.

The bagels were very good and did not disappoint. The prices are, though very high when you want to go as a family.

Really good place downtown for bagels and lox. Plenty of seating and comfortable and quick breakfast choice. I always take bagels home on my home from this terrific local eatery.

Thank barymad

Neighbourhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
