After 10 days pretending being "local" we relented and visited The Australian to watch the footy. Just like being home. The accents, the menu, the casual friendly atmosphere. Aussies go, coz its like home. Everyone else go, coz it's like home. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!

My wife and I were looking for something different for dinner and we found it at the Australian NYC. We had two of Australia's favorite dishes; Kangaroo and Baramundi. Both were great. The sevrice was very good.

If you want to sit at a great bar and watch your team this is the place to be in NYC, with fantastic bar staff and a brilliant atmosphere. I want to give it 5 for everything but it keeps defaulting to 4 below

Do you still make Potato Cakes? I was there in 2012 and I had the best Potato Cakes. Will be there again in October 2015.
