Good burger joint & bar in midtown. This is right next door to Rockefeller Center. The burgers are tasty and served on pretzel buns. Try the disco fries covered with gravy & cheese. The turkey blt us huge. Good beer selection & full bar too.

In the vain of Applebee's or PJ Clark`s this is a big place with old stuff hanging from the walls..the menu is also similar to the aforementioned places, not much of a depart from burgers, sandwiches and salads. Everything we ordered was good, a California Turkey BLT and a Chicken Cobb Salad. Two glasses of wine at thirteen dollars each...... More

We went for lunch to this place on Saint Patrick's Day after we toured the Rockefeller Center. We requested a table for 6 and they said it would be a 30 minutes wait... we waited and waited an one hour past... at the end they suggested that we split in two groups... so we ended up sited in separate tables...... Was hungry for a burger when we walked by this place. It was busy, but the service was fairly quick. My burger was good, nothing exceptional, came on a sesame bun that looked like it came out of a bag, attached to 11 other buns. I would expect a burger bar to have outstanding burgers?? My beer was good.

I rarely write bad reviews. However I was so disappointed in this establishment I feel the need to share it. 11 of us went here for lunch to celebrate friends who just finished the half marathon. The ambience was very nice, crowded but not terribly noisy. I ordered the “loaded fries,” specifically stating to the server, Tiffany, that I wanted... More

October- Came in here after walking for most of the afternoon/early evening, so it was good to sit down. We noticed, first off that our waitress was very pleasant, and remained that way throughout our visit. She would talk to us, in a singing type of way! The service was slow, but we enjoyed our meals. This large restaurant was... More

The atmosphere was nothing special. The hamburger was kind of small and the fries were cold. There are much better places to eat in NY and I would go somewhere else.

Stopped in to warm up and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Burgers were good and the milkshakes my daughters got were outstanding. Reasonably priced and good service.

So we visited here without a reservation were seated quickly. Nachos and boneless wings start. Nachos came with cheeses such rather than shredded cheese a bonus so I'm told. The wings were fresh really nice. We ordered a burger each for our main which was brought out only one bite into our starters I really don't like this. Burgers were... More

Practice makes perfect...and burgers are no exception. The Bill’s burger evolved from countless tastings, recipes and lots of burger love. The result is a blend of three meats, smashed and cooked on a flattop griddle, served in an all-American seeded bun. It’s your reliable, made-to-order hamburger, plain and simple. While Bill’s flagship location in NYC’s Meatpacking District opened in 2009 as a small neighborhood joint, it quickly turned heads across the city and was followed by a 400-seat space at Rockefeller Center, the biggest standalone burger joint in the country, and a location ‘down the shore’ at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Regardless of size or stature, every burger served is made fresh daily. Grab a seat at the bar and select from a long list of craft brews. Bill’s has got some sweet treats, too, from hand-dipped milkshakes to decadent cupcakes.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
