Korzo is a weird place that I can't stop going to. It's totally unique among the million restaurants in Park Slope NYC, in that it serves Hungarian cuisine. What is that? I didn't know beforehand, but now I love it. Lots of sausages, beets, delicious sauces. I go there for brunch and get this amazing potato pancake with sausage and... More

This place has been mentioned by our friends on Staten Island and they seem to like it. So after a great concert at BAM, we decided to give it a try. The Brooklyn location. Knowing our late arrival time, 10 pm, I called in advance and spoke to Otto, the owner. The kitchen was to be open until 11.30pm on... More

Delicious enough said! The burgers were amazing. The crispy French fries and cole slaw were perfect. The cubby hole table where we sat was perfect for the 4 of us. Very much enjoyed our expierence at Korzo.

Pleasantly surprised by this quaint little place. Good food, ambiance and friendly/attentive servers! Would definitely go back - the beets salad is something else, yummy!

I was quite surprised, even on Saturday night, how busy this place was. Double file lines in and out and people did not seem to mind the waiting. As we found out, the food was the reason. Slovak cuisine is not the most famous, but the chef here makes the best of using their local ingredients (sheep cheese "bryndza", potato... More

I feel bad I cannot rate this place less than 1 star. We would never go there again. We went to that place last night. They were busy since it was Friday night. However, being busy is not an excuse to be unprofessional. We entered the restaurant, stayed for a while in front of the bar where two barmen were... More

Lowkey would consider moving to Brooklyn to be near this restaurant. We were regulars at the Manhattan location before it closed down. I wish they'd reopen but in the meantime we trek out to South Slope for our fix once in a blue moon. We love it but the waits have been pretty bad recently... So consider making a reservation.... I was there on a mid afternoon Saturday. I drove all the way from Maryland because I had been wanting to try the deep fried burger. As broadcasted in food network TV show. Well, that particular Saturday, the Slovakia~American fusion restaurant was crowded. First of all, It was a challenge to get the attention of the server. Then they did... More

I went there after discovering the restaurant through a specialized in food media channel. I did not realized that I would have 1h30 min trip to reach Korzo, but I was not disappointed by their prestation. The atmosphere is really friendly, I arrived alone like a wonderer and have been welcomed like an old friend. The decoration I nice without... More

stopped by Saturday night, ended up on the bar, ordered there, the bartender(guy wearing specs) however didn't seem to be liking his job, didn't speak till i yelled hello boss, didn't refill soda till i yelled boss can i get another drink. besides his unprofessional-ism the spot was amazing and the food was sub-par.
