Fresh juice, scones and steamed eggs with delectable bread. I don't know the names of the dishes we had at this point, as we visited in May, but the tastes were sensational! For a midwesterner, the joy of finding such a compact charming spot &...More

The Chef Jody Williams envisioned her Buvette as a place her West Village neighbors would hang out in all day, and that starts with breakfast. Stop in for light and airy steamed eggs, scrambled with the wand of an espresso machine; little croissants with dollops...More

Cute little place approaching the style of a Parisian bistro. Neo-French take on breakfasts and brunches. I would have expected a bit more finesse (given that is French inspired). Not impressed with the plating nor satisfied with the cold waffle. The photo is pretty much...More

So i had the pleasure of visiting the Buvette in Paris back in November of 2016. Croque Madame was the best along with a Cafe latte. Came to New York end of January and new Buvette was in New York too, so we came and...More

The food was beautifully prepared and the space is so cute. Everything is prepared behind the bar, which is really unbelievable! You'll think there's a full kitchen hidden in there!

Myself and three friends popped in for a late lunch last week on our last full day in the city. WE were trying to experience as many different cuisines as possible and we selected Buvette to get a glimpse at French cuisine. We sampled three...More

This is not a typical NYC brunch spot! You won't get greasy eggs and hashbrowns and pancakes. But what will you will get is a French style brunch/lunch experience that really is fantastic. We have been multiple times, on multiple trips, and we always enjoy...More

My sister and I were lucky enough to have experienced a meal at Buvette's in November 2016. Everything we had from the delicious sandwiches to the fabulous drinks were perfect! It felt like we were in France. The coziness of the place only enhances the...More

We enjoyed an impromptu Easter Brunch at Buvette with our two teenage sons. The staff was attentive and the ambiance absolutely divine... a bit of Paris in the heart of the West Village. The food and coffee are first-rate. To me, the bustle, small tables...More

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you
