Go for the beer, constantly changing and the staff is great with recommendations. Then eat, the full menu is more extensive than the on line. Food excellent. Food, beer, staff, service. A winner in NYC.

We were a group of friends and had an assortment of flights and pints and some had food. The server was very helpful, beers were well priced and food is typical pub fare. The room is very large and we arrived early enough to snag a larger table. When we left it was packed. We also watched college basketball while... More

We stopped off here for lunch.. this is not your usual drab fake Irish pub.. that you find in Manhattan.. it has a wonderful selection of pub good.. and of good quality and not just size.. and there was also a large selection of drinks.. which seemed to be there speciality. Oh we had the quesedillas .. they were very... More

It was a Saturday afternoon (4:00pm) and we were looking for a burger and beer place. After being shut out at a couple of other places due to "expanded brunch" that many are now serving we stumbled upon Rattle & Hum. We were seated right away - place was busy enough. we ordered the calamari appetizer that was nice and... More

Good food but nothing special. If you like burgers, they are big and tasty. I got a huge portion of nachos and was quite good. I would recommend this place for drinking beer because they have many brands from all over the world. If you are staying at the Element Times Square, you will see it just across the road.... More

I've been here multiple times, usually making a point to visit whenever I have an overnight business trip. Why? In short, it may have the best craft beer selection in the most convenient location. Blind Tiger is great, too, but it's a subway/cab ride away from Midtown, and they generally have fewer beers on tap than Rattle 'N Hum. So... More

Visited this pub twice whilst in New York - first time on an evening and it was rammed (7pm) and as we wanted to eat we left immediately. Went back in the daytime a day or so later and much quieter. Excellent choice of beers available, although the strengths are mind boggling for the average Brit. Didn't eat, but menu... More

Lucky find. Great bar look. They have a large selection of beer. We got the spicy hummus and it was awesome. Friendly staff.

Went for dinner with friends, had the salmon with salad and it was delicious. Also tried a few of their beers and whiskey and wasn't disappointed. Definitely a bar environment, not restaurant though! So sitting might be hard to find

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
