There was no line and we were able to get a table in the morning. Eggnog cronut for december was ok but the star was DKA. Try it if you havent yet but dont have crazy high expectation.

We uber'd over to the bakery from uptown and grabbed a late breakfast -- cronut of the day, croissant, cookie, etc. along with a coffee and iced tea. Prices are steep as likely befits a bakery in Manhattan. I found the cronut (eggnog and caramel...More

The Cro-nut here may be the greatest "thing" I've ever tasted. Regardless of how high your expectations are, you can't possibly be disappointed. We called ahead for 12/1, the flavor was Eggnog / Carmel and was truly spectacular.

I’ve been to Paris, I’ve been to Rome but this is THE pastry to rule them all! The cronut is absolutely the perfect dessert.

Ordered the rose mount Blanc and salted caramel eclairs which turned out disappointing and not worth the calories at all. The madeleines were also very underwhelming

Prior to my recent visit to NYC, I saw that the Dominique Ansel Bakery was only a ten minute walk from where I was staying. I’ve always wanted to try a Cronut and knew this was my chance! I discovered that you can pre-order Cronuts...More

I see no time for it. You just should order in advance via the internet. The weekend is really bad at times. Go fro the early times. If you order in advance you can get to the head of the line.
