We have been here on 4 occasions, this time was my husbands 50th. It did not dissapoint. From the hostess to the staff, friendly and accommodating.

Excellent ambience and service. The asparagus risotto appetizer is one of the best risottos we have ever had. The rack of lamb and pork chop are excellent. But don't order the NY Strip Steak: two were overcooked. When re-cooked, still fairly thin and tough. Go...More

From the start, we knew that this was a nicely upscale restaurant. It had been one that I had, for years been wanting to try, and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the our host/greeter made us at ease by asking our preference in...More

If you want a classy restaurant where you will be able to talk with your friends and share a good food that is the place to go. However be prepared for an expensive dinner. But the service and the food are very good.

I've been wanting to eat here for many years and finally ate here tonight. Now I know why this restaurant has a Michelin star and has been in business 33 years. Absolutely delicious food. The foie gras was superb as was the lobster. My husband...More

Been here a few times before and I always love this place. This time I had the beet salad (amazing) and the lamb. I really like the way they do their food and the price with wine was not too bad at all. Top performer.

We had the special 3 course lunch for $29. The food was delicious and service was excellent. This is a New York landmark with great ambiance and a wonderful dining experience. Have the chocolate cake with almond ice cream for dessert, it is wonderful.

The food was fine, as was the wait staff - no complaints there. Can't say its good "value" but that's not what this restaurant is about. The part I am upset about is not that they lost my wife's umbrella, these things happen in a...More

Was here during the restaurant week - fabulous 3-course lunch with reasonable price. Great atmosphere inside. Need to make reservation head of time.

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
