The Marisada with Green Sauce is wonderful - a fish stew served over saffron rice with a parsley, olive oil and minced onion sauce into which I think a few shrimp have been dissolved. Magical stuff - and affordable. BTW, this is the favorite local...More

This is a casual neighborhood place known for its paella. Food and sangria are very good. The atmosphere is friendly, leisurely, and laid back so if you're in a hurry or expect to be seated on the dot of your reservation, go elsewhere. We go...More

Since we already had dinner reservations at another restaurant, I felt a trip to NYC would not be complete without a visit to Sevilla. The waiter was gracious when we told him we were there for drinks and an appetizer. Too bad, because their paella...More

There is a reason that Sevilla has been in business for more than fifty years, and that is that the food never disappoints. Every item in this creative Spanish restaurant is fresh and delicious. The homemade sangria, red or white, is fabulous and reasonably priced....More

This restaurant is not a secret but if you're one who hasn't tried it you're missing a treat. Over the years the food hasn't changed at all. The paella is outrageous, and the Cornish hen is amazing. From soup to dessert you can't go wrong...More

This place is small and a bit loud. But the food is out of this world. The seafood paella is by far the very best meal I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. The made to order red sangria completes the dinning experience. A must for...More

If you want real Spanish food, go to Sevilla. I’ve been going there for about 40 years and am never disappointed. Try the Matiscada in green sauce as a main and the stuffed mushrooms and the shrimp ajillo as appies. My mouth is watering.

I rarely put very bad reviews but this was is well deserved. We went there for a drink and tapas around 5pm. Sat at the bar and waited 10mn. The bartender looked at us and ... nothing. Did not seem to care. We called for...More

Old school Spanish food. Excellent and tasty food, huge portions, friendly but slow service. The Sangria was amazing! Can’t wait to return.

The mussels in green sauce has been my favorite for decades. In fact, part of the charm of this place is that it never changes. I swear that some of the waiters were born here. Lots of other good stuff on the menu; I especially...More

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you
