This is a must eat in NYC for breakfast. Pricey but worth the experience. Dishes range from $25 to $2000. Although they use an excellent quality ingredients, to me, breakfast shouldn't be that expensive. Nevertheless, you have to try it for yourself at least once.

I recently dined here with a group for a work lunch and it was wonderful. We pre-ordered off the menu because we were a large group. The seating was somewhat close together but that did not ruin the lunch. We all had a shot glass of banana strawberry smoothie and the wait staff quickly brought fresh squeezed orange juice. They... Have been going here for many years, have always enjoyed the food. Tried to book a reservation for my family and it seems their web based reservation system is not working properly. After multiple phone calls to the restaurant, someone finally answered. They said to try again, they are not able to take reservations over the phone. When you primary... More

Went there for breakfast yesterday. I had an omelette which was large & very good. It came with some very good potatoes, toast & some excellent homemade jams. The omelette was $30 which I thought was quite high. I am from Chicago so used to higher prices but this was on the high end. Coffee was $7 & from a... More

Laughable. Be careful eating at Norma's. It is filthy with the surliest service in the world. Save your money for a better experience at the nearest IHOP or coffee shop. Do you really want to spend $50 for breakfast under these circumstances?

This was the most tasty breakfast we had ever had. The French toast was something to die for. The menu is very varied and make sure your hungry. Huge portions and service was first class.

Highly recommend if you are in midtown. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and the refills keep coming. The Huevos Racheros were to die for and the poached eggs ridiculous. A friend of mine had the chocolate French Toast and he was boasting about it and it looked amazing. Simply one of those gray places!

This one of my favorite breakfast restaurants in Manhattan. Today I had my breakfast there, I ordered Norma's eggs Benedict without bacon, it comes with boiled potatoes, and I ordered the crispy french toast, which is one of the most delicious French toasts that I've tried. Their coffee is french press coffee, it has a strong taste.

NYC has better places for less money but it is worth the visit if you don't mind spending the money.

This is a very busy restaurant, the food was just right, we had a crunchy toast which was perfect, a very good melting cheese omelette, and an okay pancake. The only thing I did not like was the time they needed to get us the food.

Thank Ahmed J

Voted "Best Breakfast" on Citysearch.com!
There is no need to be "A Morning Person" to enjoy what many call the "BEST" most "INTERESTING" Breakfast in Town, served until 3PM at this "ATTRACTIVE" Hotel. Midtowner, die-hard sleep-in say, "it should be open later."

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
