Wonderful food, great margaritas and terrific service. Highly recommend, ask for table on the terrace on a nice evening. Don't miss the guacamole, we ordered the spicy version and it was! Delicious.

What a sheer delight! It was a privilege to dine here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was reminiscent of a night in Rio. We started with a guacamole that was outstanding. My companion usually doesn't care for guacamole but ate more than half of this one. The entrees were unbelievably delicious. I had a black cod... Nice setting, professional attentive staff, and excellent food. Mexican themed, but the menu didn't seem particularly Mexican - maybe that is because other Place so do the Mexican ness! The salmon is fabulous, but the Mexican hot chocolate was disappointing. Will happily return.

Contemporary Mexican with an emphasis on seafood. Very eclectic menu. I've never had anything that wasn't simply amazing. Lots of great appetizers for sharing. Very nice atmosphere, including, during the warm months, a great rooftop patio. Service is always good. Highly recommend the Pez Espada Ahumado (smoked swordfish spread); Ceviche trio; the filet mignon flatbread (Huarache), every fish entree (particularly... More

High end Mexican, nothing like a typical Mexican restaurant. Personally, I prefer more traditional Mexican food. Service is good but not outstanding. Ambiance is very good -- attractive and welcoming.

Our family of four had a late evening meal after a day spent traveling. The decor is beautiful, very well done but, the upstairs dinning room was hot and noisy. It was too late to look for another option so, we stayed and ordered. We were all very glad we did. The guacamole starter was amazing with no tomato but... More

My sister told me she wanted to take us a to a high end Mexican restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of Mexican to begin with so I was a little dubious to start. It had a wonderful seating area on the 2nd floor, very open and airy. The wine was good, by the glass, typical NYC prices $15 a... More

We randomly chose this restaurant while in NYC last week. Yelp pulled in a few restaurants in the vicinity and this sounded exotic. Being a sucker for mexican/LATM food I convinced others to go with me here. It was pricier than other restaurants in the area, so I was a little nervous. While entering the restaurant, the Zagat rating on... More

Visited with colleagues that quickly turned in to friends. Menu catered for all tastes including a distrust of fish - and the mysterious "churros" were a huge find. Incredible. We ate like pigs in honor of Topaz - Jon's childhood pet/friend. The tequila menu is exhaustive - it practically runs to a second appendix. Service was first class - refreshing... More
