Made a reservation for 7pm early in the day. Showed up and was seated immediately. Drinks were ordered quickly and bread was brought. We both ordered the Veal Shank Osso Buco with risotto and it was one of the best dishes I had had in...More

But how could I not? Visited this restaurant in advice of a friend who lives in NYC. Everything was perfect. Food, service, wine, atmosphere. It's so authentic that I had to really concentrate on our waiter as he was so heavily accented. Being from GA.,...More

Almost like being at a sidewalk cafe, but nicer, with our table open to the sidewalk on a beautiful evening. Our waiter was clearly disappointed that we didn't order wine as my husband wasn't well, but the service overall was fine. Oh, and the food!...More

Had dinner here on a Sunday night in September. Small, cozy, romantic restaurant with authentic Italian food and an efficient and friendly staff. Prices here were very reasonable by NYC standard. Shared the grilled calamari with breadcrumbs, sooooooo delicious! Waiter split a seafood pasta entree...More

One of the few remaining authentic, non-trendy, cozy, Italian trattoria style restaurants around. It has a lovely atmosphere and a comfortable vibe. In addition, the food is very good and the owner and staff can't be more congenial. It is a favorite of ours to...More

This was a lovely restaurant for a before-the-show dinner. Food was very good, service was even better. This has the feel of a local hangout more than a touristy spot.
