After a morning strolling round The Met, and as a fuel injection before we tackled the Central Park Loeb boats and a walk back to Mid Town we made a detour to Pastrami Queen. We got lucky that in arriving just after noon (Friday) we...More

We chose this pastrami small traditional restaurant based on some articles and TripAdvisor reviews.... it was definitely what we were looking for. A traditional Jewish pastrami place! The pastrami sandwich was juicy and super tasty. The fries super! The potato pancake a bit too greasy...More

If you are looking for a great delicatessen, this is the place! Very small with maybe 5-8 tables. Sandwiches delicious - my kids raved as well:). Definitely a shareable sandwich unless you are super hungry. Sides are large as well and should be shared.

On a trip to New York at the recommendation of a friend we had lunch at Pastrami Queen. It was fantastic! This is a little hole in the wall place that mainly deals with carryouts. However, we had table service. The corned beef was tender...More

Pastrami Queen is really good. I wish that sandwiches could have come in a small size or half portion. For the price, this isn't something I can afford to eat every day, but it is worth the visit!
