The food at this neighborhood diner is good albeit expensive. I’m a regular customer because its convenient. I’m there several times a week always accompanied by my medical service dog. Sometimes they ignore the dog and other times, often when its a business meeting, a...More

We went for a late breakfast on a weekday. There were several tables full. Choices were typical eggs, pancakes, waffles, I would have ordered a short stack but that wasn’t on the menu so I had eggs and hash browns. The potatoes were well done...More

My family and I go here from time to time, the food is always fresh and delivered hot and plated properly. The only thing is, price.... It is high, but after you eat you don't even mind.

Silver Star has maintained a steady decline in portion size and service over the past 4-5 years, however, the prices are criminally outrageous. Been around a long time, family friendly for sure - but save (ALOT) of money and go to/order from the Trend Diner...More

We have stopped here before in the early afternoon hours after some fasting lab appointments just two blocks away because we like omelettes and eggs after the labs. They make very nice breakfast foods anytime. This time my wife had two eggs, sunny side up,...More

I always have breakfast with my uncle who lives a block away. Coffee, cheese omelet, bacon and an hour of good conversation for which a large tip makes us welcome.

Trip Advisor shows that they close at 12:00 Noon, but that is a mistake. They are open until 12:00 MIDNIGHT, I pointed this out to the owner & he said he would try to correct that. I really enjoyed going to this Diner & having...More
