This is the kind of noisy French bistro you can go in anytime and feel comfortable. It always has other patrons but there’s always a table available. We stopped for a post-theater bite to eat. This time we sat at the bar. The bartender was...More

Selected this cafe for a meeting with a couple of friends over lunch and it was good not great. The food was a plus as their onion soup had good rich flavor without being salty. The quiche was good. They never brought nor even asked...More

Price was great considering the area, wonderful atmosphere with high ceilings to make it feel spacious, food was delicious and the restrooms were clean. Would stop again if in the area.

Cafe Un Deux Trois is serviceable, convenient for theater, good food but quel racket. Steak Tartare was good, crepes epinard also. Duck sandwich was devoured. Profiteroles were a big hit.

An older French bistro near Times Square. Not very busy early before the symphony. Pretty standard menu. Quality preparation and good service. Prices fair. Decor classic, understated.

Went in for dinner during late afternoon. Restaurant was empty except a few couples. Was seated, reviewed menu and our party was ready to order. Put down the menus and it was clear we were ready to order. 3 or 4 waiters were without 5...More

It was noisy, food was good not great, and our server was very nice. Good for grabbing a quick lunch before a matinee.

Our group of six was seated comfortably at a round table making conversation possible. However, as the restaurant became more crowded, the noise level became uncomfortable. Since this was a matinee day the crowd may have been larger than usual. The food was good and...More

Greeting at the door was very personable, service after that was good enough. However the food had no consistency, including a very poor Cajun dish. Lots of pre-theatre patrons, hope they had a better experience.

Went there for a quick dinner. Service is very attentive and the waiters are kind and knowledgeable. Loved the onion soup which I strongly recommend. Prices are on the high side but location is great.

Description
Cafe Un Deux Trois has been located in the heart of Times Square since 1977. We opened when the neighborhood was still very rough , and quickly became THE brasserie to stop for dinner and drinks before heading off to Studio 54 and Xenon to dance the night away. We were and still are frequented by American and European theater and film actors, as well as politicians, directors, local New Yorkers and tourists from around the world. You will find many a Broadway cast and crew member hanging out after the show on any given night. We recently had a facelift featuring enormous windows and a new color scheme. The food while still classic bistro fare has expanded to include a variety of sandwiches, hamburgers and an extensive breakfast. We have also added a selection of savory and sweet crepes to our dining choices.
