We always try to hit a deli on our annual visits but look no further this is our go to for the rest of our days. This is the deli of old which makes a no frills, perfect sandwich. Absolutely perfect. No need to say anything further.

These places are disappearing. 5* because there are so few and even fewer this good. Okay, how can I give a little kosher (really kosher) deli 5* when I give 5* to world class restaurants? It's because this is the real deal. The corned beef is like the good old days. The soups, wonderful. No, it's not haute cuisine but... More

While visiting NYC last month, one of the members in my party wanted to experience real deli food. I searched the internet and picked this deli, since it was close by some of the other attractions we wished to visit. What a surprise! We were not disappointed at all! The food was OUTSTANDING, as well as the staff and atmosphere!... More

My second visit at this restaurant and I enjoyed so much. Excellent service , tasty meals and good prices , I recommend to all who want to feel the authentic American kosher meal. I strongly recommend the kreplach soup and half corned beef sandwich for $16.99 Don't miss it!

Great food, great value, great service. More than you could possibly eat. The staff, and I assume a gentleman who owns this Kosher deli were over the top nice, without being in your face on top of you all the time. A must go to place when in the upper west side.

This Deli is located on 72nd Street and Columbus Avenue very close to Central Park and within walking distance to the New York Historical Society and the Museum of Natural History. The service is friendly and I liked the Matzo Ball soup and 1/2 sandwich combo with Pastrami (in my opinion a "must try" in a Deli) .The neighborhood is... More

Could not decide between pastrami and corned beef so our waitress suggested half of each! (One hug for her). Son had the reuben, wife ordered potato pancakes (for all of us as appetizer) and a bagel with the works (lox, cream cheese, etc) and daughter-in-law had a hamburger (it looked like 3/4 lb. to me). The only disappointment were the potato... More
