Cozy ,old restaurant with an interesting history. Excellent food and friendly service. Fair prices, daily specials. Too busy for me on a Friday or Saturday night however.

Visited this place for a bite to eat having just arrived in NYC that day from UK. It was close to the hotel and looked ideal for somewhere to go on our first night. There were 8 in our party and the place looked relatively small so I phoned in advance to make a reservation. They were really helpful. When... More

My husband and I went after work, so it was packed with people. We were greeted by a very friendly Irish guy who seated us at a table. We both ordered burgers and they were super tasty!! The decor is fun and eclectic and it's cool to be in a building with some history.

The Ear Inn is on the lower west side of Manhattan. We took a downtown subway ride on line 4 to Spring Street station and then walked along Spring Street to the Inn. Ear Inn is a pub/bar/restaurant with limited seating space. But the music was brilliant. we went to it on a Sunday night. Music started at 8.30pm --... More

Although the service was slow to start I had a great time at the Ear Inn. the salad and burger was great and the laid back atmosphere made the place even better. I would definitely go again.

Our hotel was just round the corner so fancied trying this NYC venue. As a British person, I can say that this is a great example of a pub and we really enjoyed it. It was a little crammed and the visitors didn't really have consideration for those that were eating as they kept bumping into our table and chairs... More

Went for lunch this week while on trip to NY. What a cool place, service was so friendly, lamb burger was best I have ever had, an old school pub in West village. Very happy I found it and tried it.
