Friendly staff, cozy environment, large portions of tasty food, what's not to like? I wish we lived closer because this would be one of those restaurants we would visit routinely for a casual supper with the kids.

The restaurant staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance is fun, relaxed, fairly upscale, and a little on the loud side but you could hear everyone at your table easily. The veal and eggplant parmigiana dish was delicious. Delicious! Highly recommended if you're near Times Square looking for a place to eat. Enjoy!

Less touristy the Carmine's, Tony Di Napoli's is a crowded and loud family style Italian in Times Square. We ordered the calamari as an app and shrimp and chicken franchise with two pasta dishes for dinner. The food was okay, but the venue was very loud. I am not a fan of family style so this is probably a better... More

Close to Time Square this place is huge and packed with diners on a Sunday eve. The prices seemed high but the dishes are made to share. We had a large dish of prawns to share and then seafood pasta. These dishes spread easily between four hungry people! They were basic but tasty Italian fayre at reasonable prices. The house... More

Quick meal prior to theatre. My wife and I plus two teenage kids. Had spaghetti and meatballs and ravioli bolognese. Both very good and served quickly. Waiters great and helpful. Ice cream was fine also. Very cheap at 82 bucks for four very full people. Will go again.

Our table for 11 was waiting when we arrived to celebrate a birthday before a show. Our waiter was good humored; took a measure of our group of teenagers to grandparents and was ready with recommendations -- wine, platters to satisfy our vegetarians and meat and seafood lovers, everything. Did I mention good humor? We had the most efficient and... More

Came here with a big group and I was expecting it to be similar to Olive Garden but, I was surprised how good the food was! You have to come with a group due to the family style (and sizes) of the dishes but, if that is the worst thing you can say about this restaurant, I would say that... More

My opinion, the best Italian restaurant in the Times Square area. My and my family's go to option before we're watching a show or even just to eat out. The plates are expensive, BUT they are family sized and GOOD family sized portions. Plates go between 30 and 65 dollars but these portions, again, have the substance for the price.... More

My wife and I did a quick TripAdvisor scan and found this prior to a show! It was awesome! The place was packed and a wait for a table was +30minutes so we sat at the bar. Our bartender did a fabulous job. He recommend the chicken parm(he said best in the city and that is saying a lot) and... More

I booked through the internet with five weeks in advance and there was no need to confirm. Upon arrival and despite being full, my table was available perfectly. We were treated very well by a lady. Very attentive to resolve questions about the menu. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was a huge platter for 2 or 3... More

Tony's has served up some of the best old NY Italian favorites. Our cooking comes from Southern Neapolitan traditions and served up in huge family style platters that serve 2 to 3 people.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
