We had a really good experience, also if the table wasn’t ready at the hour of reservation and we had to wait 15 min at the bar. But food was excellent and service good

One of our equal favourites of the 6 Nobu restaurants to which we've been. The modern western twist on Japanese cuisine is one of our favourite styles and one we seek out when travelling. Great decor, ambience and service as usual.

I took my wife for a surprise lunch on July 5th, but I guess I was the one to get the surprise. The food was truly mediocre and the restaurant being busy, we were awarded very poor service. All in all, surprisingly disappointing.

The first uptown New York location by legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa, opened to much anticipation in the summer of 2005. Nobu's co-owners are his longtime partners: renowned restaurateur Drew Nieporent, Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper. The restaurant showcases Nobu's signature New Style Japanese cuisine with classic dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno and Black Cod Miso, and new creations from the wood burning oven and the hibachi table.
