With all of the amazing restaurants in NYC, I would say to skip this one. We had 6 in our group and all had multiple courses. Everything was good but underwhelming. Cost aside, there are just too many other places you can go when in the city.

The place wants to be high end but falls short and feels a bit pretentious. The food is ok, but not outstanding. There are so many better options for upscale dining. So no major complaints: service was ok, food was ok. But this is not a top place.

LeCirque is, without question one of the top five restaurants in New York. From the moment you arrive the staff is "customer service centric", helpful and informative. Dining at LeCirque is not necessarily for the faint of wallet when the check arrives but you leave with a clear understanding of both food quality, presentation and customer service. Any other dining... More

Fine dining in a beautiful atmosphere. The service here is completely outstanding. The dining room is quite lovely. I started off with the caesar salad. It is not like any other caesar salad I have ever had. I would call it de-constructed. For an entree I order Saint Jacque, a scallop dish that sounded marvelous. While it was quite tasty,... More

The atmosphere is sophisticated, very much like a five stars hotel restaurant. Well served but portions of food are totally incompatible with anyone who goes there to eat. So small that makes food tasting almost impossible … Heyyy manager … we go to yr restaurant to eat. We pay for this option. It is NOT a favor … Please live... More

We had a larger group of 16+ people and they did a great job of preparing and delivering a great dinner meal for all these people. Very taste food combined with the sometime typical NYC ruggedness in serving it. But well balanced .... an enjoyable evening.

First of All make sure the guys bring a jacket at this nice restaurant. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary here in NYC and I ordered the skirt steak while my wife had the winter chicken. For dessert we had a the crepe suzette and creme brulee. Drink was an excellent Malbec. Dinner was delicious and the dining room is... More

Ambience, decor, food, service, everything was really great. This is a good experience and worth the price you pay for it. TIP: If you are in New York during a New York Restaurant Week take the opprtunity to enjoy this restaurant at one third of the regular price. Even you will find excellent wines with discounts of 25% or more.

My husband and I had dinner here while in the city. We had an earlier sitting before a show and the place was packed.. HOWEVER... the service was excellent, we never felt rushed and the food was perfect. I had dinner at Le Cirque years back and always remembered the circus decor and excellent food. More than 15 years later... More

We went for dinner at Le Cirque last night. The place is nothing super special for the price. As I walked back from the bathroom to out table, the manager have approached me saying: do you have a table madam? Clearly my Latino looking wasn't smart enough for that gentleman. As we walked out, after spending a lot on the... More

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
