Was in Manhattan for an overnight and didn't want to schlep to Pete Luger's. Read a review of Porters and went. Excellent steaks, superb service, lovely room. Sides were pretty meh unfortunately. Truffled mashed potatoes should have been wonderful but were insipid. Amazing wine list...More

I tried the veal chop and it was outstanding. My colleagues tried the filet and they loved it too. The sides were outstanding, as well. Cheese cake on desert is a must.

Smart restaurant, good service, pricey, Chateaubriand good for two, extensive wine list - female sommelier could have been more helpful/patient as we wanted a light red but confused us rather than helped us. Found the service good and the views were charming. Expensive but worth...More

Bad service, mediocre food. The steaks were good but sides and sauces need some love. Expensive wines and quite bad selection if you do not want to spend $150 a bottle. We will not come back.

Went there with the misses last week. We ordered the porterhouse steak, carrots, fries and bearnaise. The steak was perfectly cooked, and taste was good. - it’s their specialty so it should be spot on. The carrots seemed to have been reheated and was over...More

My husband and I decided to enjoy our anniversary here during our visit to NYC. Lovely atmosphere, the service was top notch, the steaks memorable. Overall a perfect dining experience. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in New York.

Well, not often you get a big ribeye on the bone which is so good you want more! The Cowboy ribeye was one of the best pieces of meat for long. In addition, draft micro brewery beer of highest quality. Go there!

Great restaurant with great food and gear views if Columbus Circle. Prixe Fix is really a great deal. You can't get a three course lunch for $35 better than this.
