Let's get straight into it......this place is golden! Only a couple of blocks from the hotel so ideal especially because of the weather while we're in NY. This is an authentic NY diner/cafe with an extensive menu to suit all tastes, always busy but always seemed to get seated straight away whether at a table or up on the bar.... More

Now I know the reason so many of the diners around us had a Starbucks cup on their table. The food, however, was fine and nothing beats a NYC diner in the morning, right?

This is a great place to eat. We came here everyday for breakfast and were given an endless top up of coffee and big tasty meals to keep us going until dinner time. Good value for money and a nice atmosphere

Classic American diner that seems to be quite popular with locals (always a good sign). Good if you're in the area and are looking for a (relatively) cheap bite.

This was a recommendation from our hotel as we arrived super early in the morning before check-in. The waiter was so nice. My 11 year old LOVED the waffle s'more so much we went back another morning during our stay. It is busy on the weekend but not impossible. Food is basic diner but good and affordable breakfast for NYC.

Reasonable prices and really good food, I would definitely recommend and visit again. The burger wasn't greasy just really tasty.

Ate breakfast here twice on a recent NYC trip, and will definitely be back. Although they call it a "cafe," in my book this is really more of a diner. That's not a bad thing! Wide range of choices, unpretentious service, a counter you can sit at, etc. Service was friendly and efficient on both occasions, although on weekend mornings... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
