It was fantastic! Their pastries, especially the signature mille-feuille, were divine. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. And the coffee? Perfect! Can't wait to go back for more treats and a great cup of coffee!

This is a fantastic French bakery in Greenwich Village. It is well worth the stop if you're coming from the movies at the Angelika or strolling around Washington Square. Flakey croissants and other authentic French delights await.

Wonderful French Cafe. Great coffee, and the best tasting blueberry muffin that I have ever had ever. SO good! It was close to our hotel just a block away in the Upper West Side. Will definitely go back to try new things.

Wonderful tastes pastries, with fun, interesting flavors. The big thing, they are not overly sweet. It’s hard to find flavor and not super sweet pastries. This place knocked its out of the park. The coffee is great as well.

The Belleclaire Hotel gives breakfast vouchers for this cafe. Quite good coffee and pastries. I genuinely enjoyed the vegetarian sandwiches.

When we visit NYC's UWS, we always make a point to start the day at this lovely bakery where the service is friendly, the croissants just perfect, and the coffee hot. They sell fresh, beautiful, and delicious European pastries, breads, macarons and sandwiches that will...make you smile before the day even gets going.More

Delicious croissants and french pastries. Coffee was delicious. Having this french bakery attached to the hotel was very convenient and something we looked forward to each day. Really nice staff as well.

We used this bakery quite a bit since we received a $20 credit from the BelleClaire hotel and were there 10 nights. Line to get served go out onto the street from 7:30 am to about 9:30 am due to popularity and slow means of...ordering. There is no menu, you have to look at the display case and see what you want and how much it costs. Once you have been there a day or two it becomes easier. But since many are waiting for specialty coffee or items to be warmed, the line moves slowly and there is no room for anyone to get past you to look at the items ahead of time. The ham and cheese sandwiches are still cold in places even after being warmed on the grill. The quiche also is difficult to warm: honestly a microwave could do a better job of warming them evenly. Baked goods are great but naturally get somewhat stale by the end of the day. Just wish the layout and or more staff could be added to reduce the wait in line.More

These were some of the best croissants I’ve had in a long time. Buttery, flaky and light. The coffee was great too! Go early as they have a queue.

The coffee; pastries and staff were all amazing! The staff were all super friendly; efficient and hard working - the bakery got very busy in the mornings with queues out of the door - the staff never faulted with their exceptional service. The coffee and...pastries were so good - I tried to make my way through all of them during my visit; the raspberry croissant was really good closely fallowed by the almond croissant. My first visit to New York and this little French bakery was the best way to start my day sight seeing. I’ll definitely be paying a visit when I return to New York.More
