Went with a group of 6 friends, we all ordered different dishes and were all very happy with the food. However the waiter was extremely impatient and grumpy, and did not make us feel very welcome.

We got a table on a sat eve with no wait. Nice decor, great friendly service. The drinks are well prepared. The food unfortunately only mediocre. We tried many different things, fritto, pasta , pizza but nothing was great. Still a nice evening and the...More

I went to this restaurant with some friends, I had no idea what to expect as I did very little research beforehand. The service was very welcoming and the restaurant was nicely set up and also very warm in the winter weather. The waiters were...More

We stopped in here because it’s underneath our hotel. The waiter was rude to begin with and the food was not fresh or on time. Give this place a miss 100%. New York is full of great food, this place will not last.

Warm and inviting vibe in this room.. Couples with young families, daters, model types, hipsters, oldsters, etc.- all happily enjoying the food and charming atmosphere. Really good brunch menu with something for everyone- vegetarian friendly but carnivores are certainly well fed. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

I was absolutely shocked that the front desk staff at the Standard hotel recommended this restaurant. I have to say the food was the worst. How do you ruin spaghetti vongole? The gnocchi was horrible. Do they not taste the food? The one thing I...More

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
