After spending some time wandering around Hell's Kitchen we finally decided on this restaurant. We are all big BBQ fans and was looking forward for some american BBQ tastes. We all had different meals and really enjoyed them. I was overly excited and had two sides of mac n cheese and tater tots with the sausages and the biggest pickles... More

Food was good. Not a huge menu. Pulled pork and ribs were good. Wait staff wasn't on their game. Kinda whatever attitude.

Recently visited New York from Scotland on a holiday with my mum and this was hands down the best dinner we had, we cannot stop telling people about it! We wandered down to Hell's Kitchen for dinner, and as it is on the same street as our hotel, this was the first place we came across. After browsing a few... More

Had the ribs, coleslaw and corn bread plus a pint of apple cider. The ribs were ok (not the best I had). The vibe was good, and d waitress was cool.

Was just passing and thought we would go in. Really glad we did. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich. My boyfriend had the pulled pork. Both were really tasty and very filling. Reasonably priced as well. We went on a Friday night. It was busy, had to wait 10 mins for a table but was worth it. Friendly staff. Don't... More

We went up and down this road looking for something to eat but not really knowing what we wanted when we found here. It was busy so thought we would give it a go! Service was great very attentive. We ordered the nachos to share and they were huge and very tasty! For main course my boyfriend ordered ribs which... More

Empty restaurant half an hour for a chicken sandwich and an entree served by a waitress that frankly couldn't be bothered with us , wouldn't recommend it although some of the dishes coming out of the kitchen looked really good

I guess with Justin Timberlake being an owner, it keeps this place open. Has to be the reason. Because no other establishment like this would stay open with all the surrounding competition. Walk in, restaurant is empty. Get seated right away which was great! The bar tender was our waiter. Well, he was the waiter for the entire restaurant. It... More

I ate here on my last visit to NYC. It was a Sunday evening and the restaurant wasn't very busy when I arrived approx. 6.30pm. There was a lot of unoccupied tables. I asked for a table for one and was told I could take a seat at the bar and eat there. I told her I would prefer a... More

Description
SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY is an authentic Memphis-Style BBQ restaurant and bar. We boast some of the finest southern food found this side of the Mason Dixon Line. We feature traditional specialties including Dry Rubbed BBQ Ribs, Sweet and Sticky Baby Back Ribs, Crispy Southern Fried Chicken, Fried Pickles, and Mac & Cheese that you'll never forget. Our Southern fare is complimented by juicy corn fed Steaks, grilled jumbo Gulf Shrimp with Rosemary Grits, and lighter fare like our Watercress and Praline Salad, and Grilled Salmon with Black Eyed Peas. In addition to our fine cuisine, we offer a full line of draft beers, an extensive list of sipping tequilas, and over 50 of the Country's finest Bourbons. World renown wine expert, Gary Vaynerchuk, has hand selected an eclectic wine list that pairs beautifully with our diverse menu.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
