My family and a group of friends visited Hill Country for lunch in March 2017 and had a great meal. Everything we tried was good but our favorites were the brisket, corn bread and mac & cheese. Service is friendly and decor is fun. Definitely...More

So good. I ordered about $70.00 in lunchables because I wanted to try a bunch of stuff. The fingers were amazing and I can't wait to go back and try more. Wait until to see the soda fountain selection!

The food was but they were out of some basic bbq. The was no pulled pork or short ribs during a normal busy time and day. I liked the choice of brisket, either moist or lean. However I feel like they should have offered more...More

Not bad, really, although nothing very special. Staff is friendly and helpful. OK if you need a BBQ fix in Manhattan. We attended as a group.

HIll Country is a great venue for large groups. The BBQ is paid by the pound. In general, the meats are okay. The moist brisket is the way to go, while the spare ribs are also pretty decent. The beef ribs here aren't the best,...More

Great and friendly staff. But it's the BBQ is what matters. It was great. Eat the mac and cheese. The chicken was moist and tasty. Loved the BBQ. I'd go back any time.
