Small place, cash only but really good ramen! There are no tables, only bar seating so you can watch the guys make your ramen. We're really quick and it's a good portion. Definitely worth the visit if you're looking for ramen!

Cramped and with limited seating, the very Japanese Ramen House ambiance is the last highlight as the food is just too simple.

Walked in to try the ramen here and it was great! They have a variety (miso, shout, curry, etc) as well as some side dishes and even have a lunch menu offering a slightly smaller ramen with a main dish. The ramen is huge though so come hungry and early because there is limited seating available. And definitely try some... More

I was walking around 9:30 and an image of ramen soup called my antencion, I decided to stop to taste one of my favorite dishes, was the best decision. The service is good, they are very friendly and attentive from the time you arrive until you leave. As I was alone I sit at the bar next to the cooks,... More

Great value for your dollar. Two people can eat like kings for under $50, and much less than that if you're not starving or drinking beer. The ramen bowls are enough for a meal in themselves (~$13), but I love to have a side of rice or dumplings to go along with it. This place has a unique charm, since... More

Our friends took us here for lunch, as it's local to them, and said we had to arrive before 12 in order to get a seat! We arrived before 12 and managed to be part of the first seating, as there are only about 15/16 seats in the whole place (all along the bar in the photo I have included).... More

We came in two guys late night, hungry. Everything we tasted was delicious. And big. Generous dishes all filled with good stuff. So we came the next night again. Was great again.

Walked past Naruto and saw small line: aromas caught our attention and we waited for table; sit at a counter and watch subspecialized cooking of ramen and wontons; menu a bit confusing but the wontons, fried rice, and ramen were great.

The Miso Ramen here is in taste and flavor. Chicken with curry will make your mouth water with excitement. I highly recommend coming here when you are in New York City. Customer's service is outstanding, which another reason to come here.

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
