I have been going to Cacio e Vino for the past 10 years. This is, hands down, the VERY BEST Italian (Sicilian) restaurant in NYC. The pastas are fantastic and the portions are generous. Highly recommended!

This is an authentic Sicilian restaurant recommended by our dinner couples. We celebrated a milestone Birthday with great cuisine and good Nero D'avola red wine. Then topped with yummy desserts. A fun evening in a casual setting served by an attentive and friendly staff.

Our Italian friend took us out here, and we enjoyed a very nice evening and supper in this cozy spot with a spot by the open window to watch passers-by in the East Village. I loved my gnocci (made with beats) and arancini.
