Good Stuff Diner The very spacious diner has a large menu standard seating and excellent service. The portions are large and the food tasty. It serves the locals well, as you can read your paper, meet friends for breakfast or dinner and have great time chatting. . In addition to regular tables they also have booths. We had a traditional... More

It was so good that we ate breakfast at Good Stuff twice in one week. Affordable, consistent, friendly, and spot on accurate with our orders. Wait staff were attentive but didn't rush us. Waffle was fantastic, as were the omelette, fried eggs, bacon and potatoes. We tried several breakfast places and this was the best option in the village that... More

Meatloaf, a beer and coffee in a clean well-lighted place. Spacious and not too noisy with attentive staff. Just what we wanted from a diner.

We arrived in NYC and wanted to eat great, straightforward food. The Good Stuff Diner was recommended by our hotel and it was obvious why. Firstly, the menu is extensive so you know it's going to be good, but simple food. You shouldn't come hear looking for fancy! My partner went for the chilli and I went for the gyros.... More

This diner was recommended to us by friends prior to our trip to NYC and we were glad we made the time to go. A friendly and traditional diner with a great menu, welcoming staff and a fab atmosphere. Not to mention good American food!

We decided not to eat in the hotel for breakfast on this holiday, opting instead to visit local diners. I consider this was absolutely justified by diners like the Good Stuff Diner. Clean, lovely staff and the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast in the city.

Classic diner the likes of which are dwindling in Manhattan. Huge menu. Not a place you go for amazing food (impossible to make that many things that well) but at our table of a salad, French toast, a burger and pasta bolognese everything was solid. My son's bolognese was probably the standout. Service was ok, if not great. Although not... More

We were staying with family very near the diner, so it came highly recommend. We had breakfast around 9:00. No wait, staff was very friendly and attentive. I had scrambled eggs, generous portion of grits and really good 7-grain bread for $6.25, which is reasonably priced for anywhere but especially lower Manhattan. Less than a block to 14th St station.... More

Happened upon this by accident and glad we did. Great food, good price. Service was friendly and prompt. Not touristy-good way to experience how the locals live.
