I used to love café Rio but the last several times I have visited the lobby has not been clean and the food has been fair at best. Several of the employees were sitting in the lobby area eating while it was not clean. That surprised me a little bit but lately it has been the norm. The food was... More

I've been to this particular location several times now, and I've always had good experiences. The food has always been delicious, the staff has been good, and it's been enjoyable. This time there were a couple things that made it a below-par visit. First off, the place was busy. The servers were doing a great job keeping up with the... More

First time at this specific Cafe Rio location but been to others many times. You can't go wrong with Cafe Rio if you are into this type of Mexican food. Their food is always fresh and tastes really good. They got everything from tacos to burritos to enchiladas to great salads and so on. Everything is made fresh daily. Their... More

I love the food at cafe rio but 2 times lately I have ordered chicken tacos and they have been extremely soggy. I think it is the pico that they scoop on top without straining. Then they wrap the tacos in foil which holds in the moisture. By the time I get home the tortilla is completely wet and gross.... More

I went through the drive through and ordered a veggie burrito. Asked for red sauce was told they only have green, but their menu board showed photos of plates with red sauce. So I got the green, which I didn't care for. Though I didn't try any other menu item I much prefer Costa Vida so will go there instead.... More

I went for the sweet pork quesadillas this time. Great food fast. I think half the town's college kids were there also.

Big chain restaurant. Good food. Self-serve. Note the specials. Second visit. Usually avoid chains. Food plentiful and quick. No table service. Bus your own. Free drink refills. If you need food quick and don't want hamburgers or tacos, this may be your place. Skip the rewards program.

We did have a 30 -35 minutes wait in line, but everyone in-line was positive. Lots of families going through. When we got to our order, it was filled quickly and accurately. The cashier suggested we use the Rio app to start adding food points. Thanks. There was a young man constantly sweeping and cleaning the restaurant. It was clean... More
