There aren't a lot of places in Cedar City to have a non-fast food lunch where the people don't give you that 'deer-in-the-headlights" look when the words gluten-free/celiac are mentioned. Aside from being a popular place with the SUU students, they have great sandwiches and have become a favorite stopping point in Cedar City.

Trip advisor never steers us wrong! I'm so glad we stopped in. I ordered a Turkey garlic wrap (huge!) and my husband ordered the Reuben special. Both were fresh, tasty and had us licking our fingers afterward. The young women running the front were all kind and happy to chat with patrons, which made everyone smile. The cookie dough brownie... This place is so good you'll be lucky to find it without a waiting line. I've eaten here several times but have to keep going back to try everything on the menu. I love the wraps and the salads are really good too. Small town hospitality and the manager/owner is one of the nicest guys in town. He greets everyone... More

Don't expect to order a brew at this 'pub' as it is not that type pub. The sandwiches, salads and most coffee/tea drinks are very good. Seating is pleasant but not overly special. Sandwiches are a little expensive and the staff is friendly though not professional. We have been there many times and will continue to go there for that... More

Food is delicious and freshly prepared. The menu is posted on the wall, and you pay up front like in a fast food restaurant. But that is the only similarity with fast food. Servers bring your selection to the table. The decor is nicely done, and there is plenty of parking in back.

We pulled in from the highway for lunch and enjoyed a great lunch. My son raved about the cheese bagel sandwich. We also tried the lemon loaf. Yum!

Had a pretty good sandwich and a good salad. Service was good but as fairly regular customers was a little disappointed that we were not recognized.

Great food, family owned restaurant. Sandwiches are served on choices of fresh homemade breads. Pastas and green salads are amazing. The "Half Sandwich and Salad" is a large lunch. I had the Asian Salad and it was tremendous.
