Had the shrimp skewers this time. Really good. The owner is a bit grouchy at times but it's part of the atmosphere. Large parties should get here early to snag a table.

The Oyster Bar is a wonderful, freindly place with great food and service. I especially like Tuesdays and Thursdays as it is Shrimp Creole special nights, it is very good. I also recommend the grilled shripm po boy and the red beans and rice, they do it right! Enjoy!

Tall ceilings, plastic tablecloths - build-your-own cocktail sauce type of place. The oysters on the half shelf were very good. There brought three big skewers of grill. Cold beer to wash it down. It's off the beaten pack and serves up good food at a reasonable price.

I have never had a bad meal here. First, the oysters are great! Always fresh and can get pretty good in size. The prices are really not bad at all compared to other seafood restaurants. If you go on a Saturday, get the Saturday shrimp special. Very good and the shrimp are pretty large. The staff is always very friendly... More

We where almost late for our flight..but it was worth it. Very casual dining, but locals line up for a good reason. They came for the perfectly prepared Cajun catfish, fried oysters! Wish we had room for desert! Stop here if your in town!

Located in an old part of Little Rock, Stiff's Station this nice spot has a neat atmosphere and very good food. They specialize in Cajun dishes such as fried shrimp, gumbo, poor boy sandwiches, peel em and eat em shrimp, and oysters on the half shell. A fun part of the evening is going to the counter and make your... More

If your looking for great oysters and a place the locals frequent this is it! Very reasonable prices, and large portions for their other entrees! The grilled shrimp is excellent. This is not a place where ambiance or decor is what you are paying for; this is a down home great place for oysters and seafood. When you are in... More

I went here my first time with several co-workers last week. First of all the parking leaves a lot to be desired. Secondly the food was terrible and very very expensive for the tiny portion size. I had the fried oysters in a basket. 6 oysters, 2 small hushpuppies" a pickle spear, a tiny medicine cup of slaw and 7... More

The Oyster Bar is my favorite place to enjoy fresh fish and seafood without breaking the bank. One of my favorite lunches is 1/4 lb of peel-em-and-eat-em shrimp, a garden salad and a beverage for under $12. The only thing that would improve the experience is a Bourbon Street address!

If you're an out-of-towner who, like me, despises having concierges direct you to the place where all other concierges tell all other visitors to go, then ignore them and head to the Oyster Bar. Yes, this is that place the locals have frequented for years. For proof, check out the old fridge door that still has the bumper sticker from... More
