OMG. Now this is the Chicos I remember. The sauce was great, the tacos we're awesome and the green sauce amazing. I was scared due to the fact that we went to the one in George Deiter. This one was great, the only sad thing was, no lines. What's happening to Chicos? Wasn't like this back in the 80's people... More

Food was awesome, but the bad part is the salsa is not as hot as it used to be. I put 3 & still not hot. The tomato juice is good but they need to leave to heat up longer. Other than that, no complaints. Went on a Friday night and wasnt that busy

After watching Gabriel Iglesias praise this place, I had to try it. Well, it was a wasted trip. It looks better than it tastes. There was actually NO flavor to the soup it is covered with. I think the boxer promoter who started Chicos Tacos should have stuck with boxing. It could have used some red chili, garlic, onion and... More

The front desk at the hotel recommended this place as we were looking for something different and Mexican themed. Not your traditional taco shop or taco's, but when you bite into them, BAM. I was a believer. They are soaked in a soup sauce, and covered in cheese, when i say covered, they are massively covered. You would think they... More

The tacos are the best I have ever had. I fly to El Paso just for them sometimes. I decided to fly to LA to buy a car instead of having it shipped to me just so that I could stop at Chico's Tacos on my way home. I always pack a cooler full to bring back to family and... More

You either love or hate Chicos---but more people wind up loving it. Crisp fried rolled tacos swimming in a lightly seasoned tomato sauce, smothered in cheese. My mouth waters just thinking of it! Absolutely the best thing to dine on and filling.

You order a double order of rolled tacos, get the green chile sauce (hot) and an order of fries to dip in the cheesy sauce. Classic El Paso meal you can't go wrong.

Horrible experience... I went there because my son recommended from one of the TV 'cooking shows'... I wonder how much "they" paid the producers of that show... first of all, CASH ONLY... their food reminds DRY 'cardboard' with water-down tomato juice... YUK

I love this place. What it lacks in atmosphere and pomp, it more than makes up for with the food. The tacos and the hot dog (served double and split on a hamburger bun with Chili) are just awesome. When you get the tacos (if you do it right...) you will have this paper taco "dish" with a lot of... More

Chico's is very different. The tacos are just rolled flautas with ground beef serve in a pool of wet sauce with cheese, but it tastes great! This is a no frills and cash only joint and most of the clientele were hispanic. I really loved it!
