I had lunch with a friend and found Two Trees to be a very enjoyable experience. I had the chicken pesto sandwich which was flavorful, though the bread/filling ratio was a bit off and I ended up eating just the filling for the second half. Their fries are the kind with a crispy coating which is not my personal fave.... More

I had the molcajete which came with: carne asada, grilled chicken, chorizo, shrimp, grilled nopales and queso fresco, it was tasty but next time I will ask to leave the chorizo out. They have both homemade and store bought tortillas, if you want the homemade unas you need to ask for it, which I find estranged, so this time I... More

Stopped for lunch with group of 8, kids & adults. Something for everyone and all of it "real" food! Poached pear salad was excellent! Will return during our next visit! Also, coffee shop next door also fabulous!

We like everything about this place. The food is always amazing. My two favorites are the El Jefe Tacos and the Poached Pear Salad. They have a great beer and wine list. Service is always great, owner always visits tables. Can get very crowded on weekends.

This was my first time here as I was visiting friends in the area. The restaurant takes its name from two trees that have withstood the test of time on top of one of the local hills. In a similar vein, Two Trees Restaurant is still serving up hardy American fare when others have come and gone. There are really... More

The food is great. Its always fresh, taste great and we always leave happy & satisfied. Not expensive, not fancy but always good. One of my favorites is the Eggs Benedict. My husband likes everything. Top of our list for one of the best!

Best local restaurant in East Ventura. We try to keep it a secret to no avail. Too good not to share. Happy, friendly & courtesy is what the staff is all about. Family owned and operated, looks like they have their kids, nieces and nephews working there, great atmosphere with the addition of the sports bar. A bit noice at... More

This is an excellent restaurant, for breakfast, at least. I haven't tried any other time of day, but if the other meals are as good as breakfast, I'm sure they'll be great too. I have eaten here on several occasions and the food is consistently excellent. Always seems to be crowded, but service is good too.
