We were taken here by friends thankfully or we might have missed it. I even asked if they were sure it was a restaurant when we pulled up outside as it looks like a home and in a way that's what it is. It is a house turned into a restaurant with only a few tables. It is fabulous. We... More

We had dinner here tonight after reviewing TA reviews. This place looked interesting and it didn't disappoint one bit! Our waitress recommended the Finocchio Arrostito for our appetizer. (Fresh fennel roasted in a chardonnay cream) It was amazingly delicious. For our main course, my wife had the Timballo de Penne, while I had the Farsumagru. I won't go into the... More

We tried this restaurant based on their online reviews. This is a small restaurant with very close tables in an older house. One of their large tables is three very tiny tables that are pushed close to each other. The food was underwhelming, under seasoned and did not resemble the menu description. The food took over an hour to be... More

We visited this restaurant last year and had to come back ; the second time was even better than the first. This is simply the most exciting place to eat in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area. Most unusual flavours and combinations (but not in that desperate way of many fancy restaurants), excellent service and very reasonably priced. The only problem is... More

Very small but we felt we were eating in my mothers kitchen. If you are of Italian descent this is the place to go. The chef will sit at your able explain the different dishes he serves and regale you with stories you will love, The food was excellent and we can't wait to go back.

Love this place. If you're looking for pizza-style Italian food, DON'T look here. This place has the BEST dishes ever! You won't be disappointed. Also, Gaetan is as friendly as can be and can recommend a wine for any dish.

My wife and I had just arrived in the area and had not planned ahead for dinner on a Saturday night during "Season". However, that worked out for the best, because they had a last minute cancellation and we were happy to take the available table. Right from the start you feel at home in this restaurant. The servers and... More

Located in one of the small brightly painted houses in the Village of the Arts, it was the first restaurant to open in this eclectic area. The food is amazing Sicilian cuisine. Live music makes the night very enjoyable. And the staff is fabulous!

We had a large party of 9, so reservations were made well in advance. We arrived on time and promptly greeted by the staff who explained that they had diners who arrived late and were now over-staying; unfortunately our table was still being used. They worked very hard to make alternate arrangements, which worked perfectly. We sat in the smaller... More
