Don't know what the hype is with this place. The food and service is just average. Yes, the veggies are fresh. But, it's not the most amazing breakfast I've ever had.

Over 112 pancakes to choose from, the frittata's must be made with at least 6 eggs, the pancakes are bigger than your hand... you will ALWAYS take a doggie bag home! Amazing for breakfast! :)
Every weekend this is the place to stop for delicious breafast. They really have a variety of options to the pancake lovers. And for people like me that loves Omellete is my heaven. Service is very attentive and also the know my name a k for Mrs. Thoma. Feels very welcome. Good Food and great service. Wanda Thoma
Country Pancake House is known for its enormous pancakes that are bigger than any plate. However, we did not order them so, unfortunately, we can't comment of how good they are. They have over 100 types of pancakes you can order. The French toast was also huge with three large pieces of challah bread. I got it with bananas and... More
Expensive and not that Good ..located in the San Marco shopping area, so perhaps this is why is was expensive.. I wouldn't mind expensive if it was really yummy. It looks really nice as you enter.. the table and menu feel sticky. The table ware is old and the spoon for coffee was silver.color plastic..wth? Waitress was friendly.. but never... More
Owner is from north New Jersey. Apparently has diner roots. Typical huge diner type menu offering just about anything you would want for breakfast. I enjoyed a Tex Mex frittata. Lots of good stuff in it. Comes with two healthy pancakes like everything else on the menu. Good "down home" cooking with lots of food on your plate.
A friend took me to this Lakewood Ranch family restaurant. The hamburger that I had was delicious and served with steak fries or homemade potato salad, coleslaw and dill pickle strip. The bun was great and the burger cooked to perfection. Every meal is started with complimentary cornbread and butter. The staff is very courteous and the meal was prompt.
This place is a hidden treasure in Marco Plaza in Lakewood Ranch. They serve warm cornbread as an appetizer. The food is great but the portions are enormous. I always pack a box. Just noticed they also sell smoothies.
This is the very best pancake house in which I have ever eaten. There are well over 100 varieties of pancakes and waffles to choose from, as well as a huge variety of omelets and frittatas. Not only that, they also serve a really good dinner menu. You will always walk out with a doggie bag here. Portions are large... More
The service here is sub-par and the pancakes are not very good. There are many other options in the area for breakfast that are better. I had the blueberry pancakes and the blueberries were tiny, shriveled up and frozen. Not very tasty!

People are to come here, eat and leave, oh and most importantly PAY!!!!!!!! There seems to be a lot of unusual behavior and complaints. Please don't come with the intentions of receiving free food, we are a small family business and not a large chain, we are dependent on the locals. There have been many issues with calling names, picking up objects too throw at others. This truly is unacceptable behavior. Also, people who are using Trip Advisor and calling others Improper names, those write ups should be removed. That is defemation of character, and they can be held responsible for those names LEGALLY.........Thank you
