The restaurant was lovely, the waitress was very sweet and the service was excellent. I would recommend it, however they're rather pricey, especially if you're on a budget, but if you don't mind the expense I would highly recommend it!

Prime steakhouse was recommended by the staff at the Fairfield Inn. It was a great recommendation! It turns out this location has been here seven years, and was previously a steak and ale location. The atmosphere is very similar to that old staple, even with a salad bar. They have a great selection of steaks and seafood. I happened upon... More

I have been here a few times, and it's now time to write a review. It's not necessarily a quiet place, no matter where you sit, you're always within earshot of the table next to you, however, the food and service make up for that. We went for our anniversary dinner last night, she ordered the 6 oz filet with... More

Prime is priced midrange but they won't disappoint you. Be careful if you order an appetizer as you will not be able to finish your entre if you do. They will cook your meat just the way you want it, even if it is rare, which is my favorite way. The vegatables are fresh and not limp. And take the... More

I will say that the restaurant is very clean, the service is very good, and the attention paid to the customers by management is good, the prices are reasonable, and the side dishes were good. That said, the meat was tough and did not have great flavor.

One my favorite's in Bethlehem. Not fancy, but great food every time!! Varied menu with good prices. Prime Rib Quesadilla is fabulous, like non other. Bacon wrapped shrimp skewers - scrumptious.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here to celebrate our anniversary. I had heard great things from co-workers and thought we should try it since we both like a good steak. Our waiter was good, friendly and competent. He made small talk and was plesant/receptive. My boyfriend ordered an espresso at the end of the meal and usually he puts... More

Disappointed as I checked in, wasn't even ask if I had a prefer the lounge or the dining room, automatically I was seated in the lounge. The salad that was offered with my Ribeye was pathetic, less than a quarter of an Iceberg and a few pieces of tomatoes, a ribeye that was cook perfectly but it was tasteless no... More

Chefgeo02, Thank you for your feedback on your experience at PRIME. It's tough for me to rate this restaurant higher than average. My wife and I dined at Prime Steakhouse last weekend. This was the first time we dined there. The cocktails were fine and we then elected to go to the salad bar. No problem to this point. We both ordered the prime rib. My wife ordered her portion medium... More

Francis, I do apologize for your experience at PRIME. I am sorry that the prime rib was not cooked to your liking and I would have gladly gotten you another piece. It is not typical for the rib to served in this manner, so again I do apologize. I messaged you privately on yelp in hopes that you will get... More

My husband and I went to Prime to celebrate our anniversary. We had reservations and I am glad we did. We didn't realize it was restaurant week here in Bethlehem and the restaurant was packed. The meal was delicious from beginning to end. We had the lump crab cakes as an appetizer. The salad bar was welcoming, although we had... More
