I found this place by making a wrong turn. Good strip mall location with tons of parking. Food is reminiscent of grandma's home cooking. This is the "go-to" place when you are feeling nostalgic and missing Filipino cuisine. Food was delectably served hot off the press. Pancit palabok and lumpiang shanghai always a hit! Good halo-halo. Note: same sentiments as reviewer lisa k: although tasty, the palabok needed more serious topping/ingredients like shrimp & calamari. For $15 it was predominantly noodles. Also, in my opinion, lemon slices would have been better than limes.

I was in the area, had very little time, but decided to stop and get some chicken empanadas to go. I ordered and sat to wait. This is a small family owned place so out comes the woman who upon looking at me says... "Hello! Long time no see." That's the joy of such a place. You matter to them and are not just another customer. The chicken empandas come 4 to an order for $7 and are delicious! They are mini footballs filled with chicken, veggies, and a few raisins that give them a hint of sweetness. I would have ordered the grilled squid if I had known I would be there that day, another good dish. Just look for the gas station on the corner and see the restaurant in the small strip mall next to it. Always a good choice for some different foods.

Enjoyed the sisig, paksiw and bangus for dinner. while were visiting our niece in town. Each was well prepared and worth coming back for. This is the only Filipino (Pinoy) restaurant in the area. Small grocery section also. All local Pinoys should visit here! The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Our niece will become a regular here!

I had my first Halo Halo. Not only did it taste great, it was fun to eat! Purple yam Ice cream and flan on top. I was instructed to eat that first. Then stir with the Pirouline cookie until the crushed ice is mixed with the sweetened condensed milk and purple yam syrup until it turns purple. Cubes of jellied coconut, peanuts and something like a black bean were pleasant surprises, complimenting the flavor well. I think it was worth the $5.00. I also got the Palabok. It was a to-go order and they still gave such attention to the detail of making it beautiful in the styrofoam container. (they get points for that!) HOWEVER to my disappointment I spent $15.00 on a container of noodles with 1 piece (butterflied so technically 1/2 a piece of shrimp) and what is equivalent to maybe 2 rings of calamari chopped into the noodles. This brought my rating down.

Staff is very friendly and helpful when trying to bring someone new to try other ethnic foods. We had another great food experience here. A nice little gem hidden in the Lehigh Valley that you would never even though you passed by. The stewed pork over white rice is some of the best I've ever had! We ordered a few dishes so we would have left overs. I love how every time we come here everything looks and tastes picture perfect.

I ordered many different items so that we could all sample more dishes. We started with chicken empanadas that are 1 of my favorites, huge, overstuffed, chicken, potato, raisin, a flecks of carrot in a delicious dough perfectly deep fried. We all tried the chicken BBQ skewers and the pork skewers for the first time, again delicious, lots of chunks of meat for the price paid. I saw a picture online of an eggplant omelet so we ordered one with veggies in it. Again, very good. Bringing up the rear of the meal was a plate with 2 scoops of rice with 3 sides, kare kare-beef cubes with a peanut sauce-awesome, menudo-a pork stew, and longanisa-filipino sausage so as to have something for everyone. Again, all very good. Another new dish was turon- banana, jackfruit in a wrapper, deep fried. Yum! It was so nice to try some different dishes and enjoy the different flavors. We were warmly greeted, had good service, and felt comfortable in ordering or asking questions. I highly recommend giving the foods a try. Including 2 sodas and a bottle of water, our bill was $61.00 and more than worth every dollar for the time and preparation going into all of the dishes.

Ben wanting to try them for a few months and finally was able to this month. It was great food. We will deff be back. We ordered more than enough because we wanted to taste everything. We ordered 2 apps and 2- 3 meat platters. We had leftovers for dinner. The prices are very reasonable. We will be returning!

The best Pancit Bihon I have ever had. Even better than my Mom's. Sorry, Mom! The empanadas were generous portions of deliciousness. I wish they had a store in Northern Virginia.

Great service and food on Friday at 5pm. The Poncit Canton is good and was served hot, and the BBQ pork skewers are always good. Place looked clean.

Called in an order. They said pick up at 130. At 150 they told me they accidentally gave to someone else. At 210 I got my food. The food is good, but they need to fix their service.

Passing by Bethlehem, found this gem and got to take home sticks of tasty BBQ pork and chicken which is quite affordable ($2.50 each). Goes well with steamed rice...Halo-Halo is by far way better than those well known Philippine restaurants in Jersey City. Ube jam alongside the cup and Ube ice cream gives that unique taste that is lacking in Max's and Jollibee.

Try the bbq pork or chicken kabobs/sticks. They were outstanding. Wife had the pancit noodles with pork, also very good.
