The huevos were ample and tasty and the green chili probably did come out of a can. The salsa on the heat side. Service quick and friendly, great old time decor. A must stop while in town, only breakfast... More

This is a must visit! The food is ridiculous! I just kept eating!! Everything was so good! The bathroom is tiny and outdated, but seriously, who cares! I can't wait to go back!

All of our friends recommended The Stove restaurant and boy were they right. they opened in 1970. Pancakes were big and fluffy, the cinnamon french toast was out the world. Orange juice was fresher squeezed even the eggs and hash browns were awesome. Be careful and plan on waiting 15-20 minutes. Well worth the wait 5 Stars if there was... More

There is no restaurant in Mammoth that comes close to serving as great a breakfast or lunch than The Stove. The food is always prepared to perfection with plenty on the plate to satisfy the biggest eater. The staff is attentive and makes sure that everything is prepared to your liking and they check back on you to make sure... More

Monday morning at 10:00, I had no wait for a table for three. Service was fast and polite. I paid the $1.50 extra for a tiny bottle of maple syrup for my waffle. My sausage was fatty, but the scrambled eggs were properly prepared. The biscuits were very light and lacked flavor. My son's blueberry pancakes were very good. My... More

Not only great food but ample amounts also. You won't walk away hungry here. Fast service for such a busy place and it has the old cafe charm. Love it!!!

I don't know what it is about the restaurant that I like so much--the funky old wooden benches battered by age? The great food? The good service? Oh, I know. It is the PIES. You can get really good meals here, so give it a try. My husband and I were just there for lunch with a friend, and have... More
