We enjoyed the food at Ciao, but found the music to be too loud to carry on a conversation. Very typical small town band with a small following. The food and service were very good and would go back at a time without live music.

Very fresh food and attentive service. Jazz on the weekend. Large portions and very well priced. We ordered the meat lasagna, they have a vegetable portion also. I had the porketta. The porketta came with cheese ravioli. I've always wanted to taste porketta and now...More
Never had a bad meal at Ciao. I almost always get the Ciao Down with olives and sausage. It has become a guilty pleasure. Great wine, great atmosphere, and ALWAYS get gelato for dessert!!
This place makes my mouth water when I remember the antipasta, pizza and orger entrees. It is easy ro drive by but don’t! It is understated, with great service and delicious homemade dishes. Wine by the glass is acceptable as well.
I needed a cup of soup and was in a hurry to catch a ferry. The seating was prompt--indoor or outdoor was available. The minestrone was excellente and the service very prompt. The pasta and pizza selections looked great. I look forward to returning.

I gave a one star to this because we were promptly and courteously seated and the table was clean and we had a very nice view. That's where the good stops rolling. This place boast pizza and states clearly that it has gluten free pizza...More
We had "take-out" salads and flatbread salads that were delicious. Went back one evening for GELATO which was delicious, and they had live jazz music the same evening! Wonderful!
I think a lot of people may overlook this restaurant because it's not down on the waterfront of Coupeville but they are missing out! Ciao has wonderful wood fired pizza, pasta and seafood. They also have beautiful salads and lots of veggie options (which makes...More
