You are only allowed to eat here if you are 21... In my opinion that means it is a BAR not a restaurant and should only be listed as such!!!

Better-than-basics in terms of menu and beer selections, and in execution. Sit on the street, order up some specials, and enjoy this slightly off-the-beaten-path cafe. And don't miss the fries!

This place is near the Art Museum in Philly. Went there with a group on a Friday night - very long wait for a table but very reasonable prices, good beer, good mussels, and excellent portobello Reuben sandwich. Smaller groups may not have such a...More

I enjoyed a delightful meal of their wonderful mussels, pom frites, and a craft beer while enjoying a sidewalk table. I really enjoyed the poms, served like I like them best; with aioli. I do recommend this place!
