Frankford Hall (a Steven Starr restaurant)is set up as a modern beer garden. The outside is comfortable, sitting (and eating) at wooden tables, with many space heaters on and being refilled constantly. Draft beers feature some local and some German and can be gotten in huge 1 ltr. mugs, Like they are served in real German beer gardens. I thought... More

It's a good place to hang out with friends or family. The outside area is very nice and there are bonfires during fall. Good choice of German beers and food, don't look for more though.

Everything about Frankford Hall is great. The food is amazing, and they have a great selection including various types of sausages with a vegetarian option. The pretzels and dip are a must! Aside from the food, the assortment of games from ping pong to Jenna and liter size beers, this place will please everyone!

Great spot to casually drink with friends for the night. Love the firepits and ping pong tables. Food is good enough for people that are drinking - not spectacular if you're not drinking. Only downside - lots of frat bros trying to be cool, and long lines on weekends.

So fun! Loved the fire pits and benches. Great, casual crowd. Good beer selection on tap and in bottles. Not knowing a lot of them, I just ended up telling the bartender what I liked and he Instantly had 3 recommendations and descriptions to share and was very happy with my selection. German snacks are for sale (Weiner schnitzel, pretzels... More

Really cozy place with an excellent bar, interesting food-truck style menu and an amazing open air, family friendly yard to enjoy your food and drinks in - what more could you want? How about ping-pong and corn hole and Jinga as well? Really fun place!!

It's a nice open air beir hall with some good German brews on the tap. Family friendly place with some ping pong table and board games to keep you busy during your darling sessions. They have simple beir hall kind of menu and food is good. Overall friendly staff and quick service at the bar. If you are looking to... More

My work group visited this place on a Saturday night the place was BUMPING and very Lively. Pretty good-size menu lot of dessert options and drinks. Good service. The giant Pretzel was pretty good although the dipping sauce different than anybody expected. It wasn't bad it was just surprising when you took that first bite. I would go again

What's not to love? Good German beer plus some American ringers for those who can't leave their house without soaking themselves in hoppy IPAs. Frankford Hall is a casual, fun loving bar with an authentic German style outdoor beer garden. Decent enough food to soak up the old school German Hefe's, Pilsners and Lagers that are sometimes hard to find... More

This place is sooo much fun - especially in the fall! It draws a fun and lively crowd. They serve beer in big stein glasses and have good music and games at the tables. Good times.
