We went here on Saturday March 11th. We had a $25 restaurant.com certificate so we figured we'd give it a shot despite some of the bad reviews. There was no wait and our waitress was very nice. I ordered the moscato which was perfect. My husband ordered a gin & ginger but they didn't have any ginger ale so he... More

Found through open table app. Glad I went out and tried. Best dinner by far of my trip. Chicken parm and chocolate mouse where some of the best I have ever had. Wait staff is very friendly and outgoing. Bartenders are very good and actually know how to make great drinks (had several issues at other stops on our trip... More

We came early pre show. Reservation made through open table which registered us as a no show. Not enough staff. We had to ask for everything. Atmosphere lacking. Food not hot enough.

It was pouring rain as we left Doubletree on Broad Street we were hungry and asked the doorman a recommendation for a restaurant close by. Fratelli's was his response. We walked the few blocks and entered a charming unpretentious spot on Chestnut Street. The portions were big and red sauce delish. The lasagne was good, pasta primavera had crisp vegetables... More

Philly has a pretty extensive selection of Italian restaurants, and I'd like to try more of them, but this was a good start. The atmosphere was excellent inside. Our server, Danielle, did an excellent job. I had the gnocchi with meat sauce and it was very good. The gnocchi was cooked perfect and the sauce had very good flavor. We... More

Ten of us ate here prior to Jerry Blavat's Doo Woop show. Service was very good. Food was not quite as good as last year. I ordered off the restaurant week menu. They give you a lot of food. 4 courses and portions are a good size. The food was ok but not that flavorful.

Should've listened to the other reviews. Nothing good or bad about this place. Probably won't be back. Service and food were ok.

Dined on a not-too-busy Friday. Basic red-sauce Italian selections, tasty and well-prepared. Service courteous, cheerful, prompt. Wine selections for this kind of establishment. Warm bread would have been a welcome touch.

Take the time to find this place! Food exceptional, prices fair, staff excellent. We had daily special (mussels, salmon and shrimp), penna pasta and apple walnut salad. Portions huge. Try the ketelone&champagne martini. Most yummy Niki is a phenomenal ambassador for this place and a darned good server/drink maker.

We had the special with the choices recommended by our server - Jamie. Everything was very good. This was a great place to start our vacation.
